There was a time during the season where I thought I was going to be out several weeks. It seemed like nothing I was doing to help ease the pain was working. That’s when I went to Daniel and he showed me more than a handful of different stretches that I could do at home. He also went above and beyond during practice and before games to focus on my Achilles to make sure I was able to perform to my ability. After a week of working with Daniel I already felt a major difference in my Achilles. To now having absolutely no pain at all! Thanks D!

DANIEL HILLS

My name is Daniel Hills and I have been training for 7 years and in that time have worked with a vast group of unique individuals with a dynamic range of goals and experiences. I attained my M.S. in Exercise Science from Auburn University with a focus in Biomechanics. Currently I work with collegiate, professional athletes, as well as individuals in pursuit of a more active lifestyle, guiding them to peak potential through proper mechanics injury prevention, fat loss, and sport/life specific training. Initially my training knowledge grew from my parents, retired military veterans. As I advanced in my career I was able to hone in on several new skills through working with professional sports organizations such as taping, functional movements, as well as more detail of the demands on the body professional athletes. That sparked an increase in my obsession of understanding how different individuals move across not just different sports but cultures and lifestyles as well. I’ve spoken and trained individuals that have simple exercise goals to some of the most advanced athletes in the world and a MAJOR KEY to success is the consistency and discipline. We as trainers need to take the time to keep gaining a deeper understanding of Human Kinesiology and Biomechanics along with understanding the people we are working with to create a way to move and compete effectively and efficiently!
